I’m a Commerce and Law graduate building hands-on experience in income tax compliance, MCA/ROC filings, and contract review through my work at Ritu Tayal & Associates as an Intern – Direct Tax, Compliance & Contracts. I focus on accuracy, deadline discipline, and clear client communication while applying contract law principles to practical business risk.

In my current role, I’ve managed end-to-end income tax return filing and statutory compliance for a portfolio of 50–60+ client files, ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory timelines. I also handle MCA/ROC compliance filings via the MCA V3 portal, preparing supporting documentation and cross-verifying data to minimize compliance risk and errors.

I bring strong organization across legal, financial, and documentation work—reviewing commercial contracts, identifying risk clauses, and preparing regulatory documentation. Alongside this, I’m certified in digital marketing, graphic designing (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), and I’ve developed skills in tools like Tally, Computax, and CompuTDS to support reliable, efficient filing work.
