At Huza Kapital, S.A., I run administration across ten legal entities, overseeing financial planning, budgets, treasury and executive reporting. I also manage a customs-bonded warehouse and approve payments through the group’s internal control process.
I developed an in-house warehouse management system for the bonded operation and a multi-company treasury control app, both without licensing costs. I also negotiated leases for two warehouses that had been vacant for years.
Previously, at Inversiones Tagore Panamá, S.A., I expanded a pharmaceutical product portfolio across three markets and negotiated exclusive manufacturer agreements. At Allied Chemical Industry de Panamá (ACISA), I led a 40-person team and grew sales by more than 80% in the first four months of 2022.
