What I'm looking for

I'm looking for company culture that values user-centered design and embraces continuous learning, while helping build a collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters creativity and growth.

I love taking a rough idea and turning it into something people actually enjoy using. I've spent 6+ years doing that across gaming, edtech, and telecom.

For the past 3+ years, I've been the founding and only designer at Esplay, Sweden's largest CS2 matchmaking platform. I built and led community, progression, and referral features from scratch, and redesigned our matchmaking system from scratch, which led to a 140% increase in monthly active users.

I also designed an edtech platform serving 60K+ teachers and students, and consumer products for one of Brazil's largest telecom companies. Different industries, same approach: get close to the user, tie decisions to real business goals, and see things through from research to shipped product.

As the founding and sole product designer at Esplay, I own the entire design function for Sweden's largest CS2 esports platform. My work includes product UX, brand, marketing, and design systems, end to end. I work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ship scalable, high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
