I’m a young, outgoing, self-motivated professional who values honesty, clear communication, and attention to detail. I work well under pressure and I’m always willing to learn something new.

In retail, I’ve worked as a Cashier, handling cash float acceptance and supporting customers with a strong customer service approach. I’m comfortable with till packing and staying focused on daily targets.

I also have customer communication experience as a Call Center Agent, where I practiced excellent telephone etiquette and worked toward daily targets. Before that, I worked as a Casual Packer, packing clothes and assisting customers.

I bring solid computer literacy with Microsoft Office packages and I enjoy problem solving and decision making. I’m also building my background through ongoing study toward a National Diploma in Early Childhood Development, and I’ve contributed through projects like collecting and distributing sanitary towels/pads.
