What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a permanent role with a developing organization that advances and protects patient health, improves healthcare technically and through implementation, and supports my continued professional growth and contribution as an effective team player.

I've led clinical and VMMC delivery for Bokamoso Social Upliftment, Southern Health Foundation, Singita Mana Consultants, and Society for Family Health. I organize teams to provide safe medical male circumcision services aligned with WHO standards.

As a Clinical Team Leader and District Coordinator, I've supervised staffing, schedules, quality improvement activities, monitoring and evaluation, infection control, reporting, and adverse-event management. I also present at district and national Department of Health meetings and support site training needs.

My clinical work includes surgical VMMC procedures, local anaesthesia, wound care, post-operative follow-up, HIV clinical staging, ART referrals, and STI screening and treatment.

I'm motivated by advancing and protecting patient health through organizations improving healthcare technically and in implementation. I bring a practical, safety-focused approach to team leadership, outreach, and quality care.
