Görkem Özçiçek

I build end-to-end enterprise ERP systems at Gürbağ Group using ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and Oracle technologies.

I develop modules for budgeting, procurement, contracts, progress payments, guarantees, payments, finance, and personnel processes. I design role-based authorization, hierarchical access structures, and multi-step approval workflows.

I work across frontend, backend, and database layers, using SQL and PL/SQL to develop data models, business rules, and database-driven processes. I also improve existing systems, digitize processes, automate manual operations, and support live systems through troubleshooting and performance improvements.

I’m growing toward software development in defense industry and high-technology projects, expanding my knowledge of C/C++, Linux, embedded and real-time systems, AI, computer vision, communications, and autonomous systems. I document practical software and electronics projects on GitHub while following Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based development.
