At Oncall Interpreters Ltd and Oncall Language Services, I run technology, operations and finance for language services supporting NHS trusts and public-sector bodies.

For the past year, I've been the sole owner of finance: raising and reconciling 150–200 Xero invoices each month across three service lines, managing billing relationships with 20+ client organisations, and handling reporting, disputes and payment chasing.

I also designed and built the platform the business runs on: roughly 39,000 lines of production code across an Express/PostgreSQL API, Next.js portals and admin console, and a React Native app. I wrote automated allocation and duration-based billing tools because errors in those workflows can mean either a cancelled clinical appointment or an incorrect invoice.

Earlier, I coordinated classified vehicle projects for the Turkish Ministry of Defence and delivered graphic, motion and video design work for TRT, advertising production, and freelance clients.
