What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my operational analysis, backend development, and technical learning skills in junior software development or application operations roles.

I've supported Billing & Collection application operations at Turkcell, contributing to L2 support, data controls, error analysis, request management, and reporting.

I used Oracle SQL to query and analyze billing, transaction, error-code, and reconciliation data while working across operational teams on root-cause analysis.

I've also built RESTful APIs for library management with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, using JWT authentication, Docker, Redis, and automated testing.
