At PurpleApple, I helped develop a customer-engagement platform that brought WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook inquiries into one workflow. I implemented Django integrations and conversation flows, and contributed to a platform that helped the team handle roughly twice its previous inquiry volume without additional staff.
At KuzaSACCO, I customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for lending workflows and helped clean about 200,000 historic loan records and repayment histories. I also built a Python and PostgreSQL reconciliation application to match payment documents with member records and flag unmatched entries.
At FortressIntelligence, I developed the company website with React and Next.js and contributed to ERP, CRM, retail, and e-commerce projects. I also developed a customer-loyalty application that was deployed for client use.
I'm currently developing Kibaru, a platform connecting blue-collar workers with nearby job opportunities, and DukaIQ, an offline-capable retail application. In freelance projects, I contributed backend components for a computer-vision wall-visualization system and developed a shark-observation data platform with weather enrichment and analytics.
