In my recent roles at Gallagher Affinity, I’ve owned project planning, status, and execution, and I streamlined and automated the project change workflow into streamlined, uniform, automated processes. I’ve also led business analysis and testing efforts, including creating test plans and planning testing for a public portal and internal investigation system at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

I bring execution and organizational value to every engagement, from defining detailed project scope, deliverables, communication plans, schedules, and cost estimates to driving process improvement and development standardization. Previously, I helped launch impactful programs leveraging pharmaceutical manufacturer copay assistance, supported multi-site rollouts that achieved 10% cost reduction, and guided agile requirements gathering through acceptance testing—improving flu vaccine tracking accuracy with barcode scanning.
