At Kentro, I develop reusable reference architectures, modernization frameworks, and roadmaps for federal enterprise data platform initiatives. I also design telemetry architectures using OpenTelemetry across cloud and on-premises environments.
I led architecture and strategy for enterprise telemetry modernization supporting federal customers implementing Zero Trust and OMB M-21-31 guidance. My work brings telemetry, asset, security, and business context together in unified operational data models.
At Splunk, I led cloud observability initiatives supporting more than 400 internal users across 30+ engineering organizations. I designed SLI/SLO reporting frameworks that cut incident resolution time by 80% and built operational analytics platforms for engineering, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders.
Across my architecture work, I’ve developed modernization approaches spanning observability, data lakehouse, semantic architecture, and AI-ready information systems. I originated the Enterprise Context Library concept to provide a reusable foundation for platform modernization.
