What I'm looking for

I'm seeking challenging Program Operations, CSR, or Impact roles where I can apply my skills in coordination, planning, documentation, and stakeholder management. I want to strengthen my experience and knowledge while contributing to sustainable development and meaningful impact for communities and society.

At Dibber, I set up and managed a new early childhood education unit, establishing its operational systems, processes, and structures. I coordinated admissions, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day operations.

I implemented pedagogy and supported curriculum delivery, inclusive practices, and children’s individual needs. I also managed audits, documentation, compliance, and quality processes.

At Teach For India, I designed and delivered academic interventions aligned with primary school curriculum objectives. I analysed student data, tracked progress, and supported parent engagement and at-risk student retention.

At KPMG Global Services, I supported project execution through planning and deliverable tracking, maintained documentation and reporting trackers, and performed data validation using Excel. Earlier, as Co-Founder | Program Operations & Academics at On Your Mark Online Tutoring Centre (OYM), I managed online education operations and coordinated tutors, students, and parents.
