What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead audit-ready, always-on IT and security programs—partnering with C-suite to scale secure cloud/SaaS ecosystems, manage vendors and budgets, and deliver measurable improvements in reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency.

I’m a Senior IT executive with 10+ years owning enterprise technology, security, and operations for organizations of 200–800+ employees across fintech, agriculture tech, media, nonprofit, and government. I’m known for decisive leadership and executive-level partnership—translating complex technology decisions into measurable business outcomes.

In my current role, I fully own enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, and daily operations for a 200+ person global workforce across North America, Europe, and APAC. I architect and manage an end-to-end SaaS/cloud ecosystem (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, Asana, Notion, Zoom, Miro, Zapier), drove ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II with 100% pass rates and zero findings, and lead endpoint security and MDM across a globally distributed macOS/cross-platform fleet with zero critical incidents. I also designed scalable onboarding/offboarding workflows with RBAC, cutting provisioning time by ~40%, and improved remote collaboration efficiency by 30% through conferencing optimization and workflow automation.

Previously, I led global service desk and executive technology support at Snap! Finance, directed enterprise Zoom rollout (increasing collaboration efficiency by 40%) and improved service outcomes across 800+ employees. As Director of IT at YWCA Utah, I rebuilt IT capability from the ground up—modernizing infrastructure and authoring IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to support sustainable growth. Earlier, I managed 24/7 broadcast technology operations and a $5M+ CapEx project portfolio in a zero-downtime environment, and I led litigation technology at the State of New Mexico—maintaining secure digital evidence with chain-of-custody integrity and compliance with HIPAA, FOIA, VAWA, and state/federal privacy standards.
