What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a supervised role where I can apply empathy and ethical practice through case management, counselling, safeguarding, and confidential record-keeping, while collaborating with health and community teams to support vulnerable clients.

I’m a Council-registered Social Worker and recent BSc Honours graduate (2:1), committed to ethical, practical support for people facing vulnerability and stigma. I bring a mature, responsible approach shaped by real client work and a strong focus on confidentiality.

Through my field placements, I developed hands-on case management skills—conducting intake interviews and needs assessments, maintaining confidential client case files, and preparing weekly progress reports for supervision. I supported counselling sessions, community outreach, and ensured compliance with safeguarding policies and the Code of Ethics.

In HIV/AIDS support work, I provided psychosocial support and adherence counselling, facilitated support groups to reduce stigma, and conducted home visits for assessments and linkage to health and social services. I also collaborated with nurses, counsellors, and community health workers to strengthen multidisciplinary care plans, while maintaining records aligned with health data protection standards.

Beyond social work training, I worked as a Sales Agent where I delivered daily customer service, maintained accurate records using MS Excel, and handled confidential information responsibly. I’m now seeking supervised opportunities in HR, Education, or Social Work roles where empathy, reliability, and organization can make a measurable difference.
