At FLAGSTAR BANK, I develop lasting client relationships, service accounts, and identify deposit and lending opportunities. I also conduct proactive outreach and support branch sales and operational goals.
As Branch Manager, I led branch operations, staff development, customer service, compliance, and business development. I originated consumer and mortgage loans and made outside sales calls to build business.
I’ve also supported employee coaching and branch operations as Assistant Branch Manager, and coordinated teller operations and new employee training as Lead Teller. In the community, I’ve presented first-time homebuyer education and helped educate seniors about financial exploitation and elder abuse.
