What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead Agile teams within mission-driven federal programs, coach teams in SAFe practices, remove impediments, and deliver measurable program outcomes.

I am a Project Manager and Scrum Master with 8+ years supporting Agile delivery across DoD and federal programs, focused on aligning teams to mission objectives and removing impediments that block progress.

I lead Scrum ceremonies, refine backlogs with product owners, and protect teams from scope creep while supporting SAFe planning and multi-team coordination; I have hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and related tooling.

My background includes program documentation, CONOPS creation, dependency mapping, UAT and functional testing, and formal training including PSM I and RTE certification; I hold an active Top Secret clearance and a doctorate in Health Care Administration.
