At Accenture, I work on the MyGenWizard AI/GenAI platform, managing multi-cloud environments across Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker. I designed Azure DevOps pipelines and developed an automated database error-log utility that cut post-deployment review time from 45 minutes to 5–10 minutes.
I also built an internal release-notes portal from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. For five Japan MT clients, I managed OpenAI LLM integrations to support production readiness and delivery.
My operations work includes production releases, security remediation, and administering Splunk, where I onboarded more than 30 applications. I also manage Alma Linux servers and resolve ServiceNow incidents.
I led a server consolidation that moved an eight-server environment to a two-server architecture, reducing infrastructure footprint by 75%. I hold Microsoft Azure and DevOps certifications, along with AWS and Google Cloud certifications.
