At Tata Consultancy Services, I automated testing for enterprise data and healthcare applications and tested AI agents powered by OpenAI models. I validated response accuracy, relevance, context retrieval, and failure scenarios across LLM and RAG workflows.

For the AI Tax Agent Testing project, I led QA and automated 80%+ of API test coverage using Karate Framework. I also wrote Python scripts to test prompt variations and evaluate LLM responses.
