I'm keeping Vodafone Idea network operations running as a BSS O&M Engineer at Quess Corp., monitoring OSS and BTS alarms while providing 24/7 technical support to minimize outages.

I've commissioned, integrated, and maintained Huawei microwave and DWDM equipment, Huawei OSN nodes, and Nokia 2G/4G BTS, small-cell, TDD, and mMimo deployments. I investigate equipment failures through root-cause analysis, including VSWR, RFM, microwave LOS, interference, RSL, and XPD issues.
