I am a results-driven Civil & Structural Engineer with hands-on experience in construction supervision, quality control, and site inspection across building and infrastructure projects. I focus on ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements while supporting timely project delivery.

In my current role as a Site Engineer, I provide day-to-day supervision to confirm works align with approved drawings, specifications, and work programmes. I inspect reinforcement, formwork, levels, and structural elements before concrete placement, and I maintain accurate site records covering labour, materials, and daily activities.

I have consistently strengthened construction quality by monitoring workmanship and material usage to minimize wastage and enforce compliance. I identify defects, delays, and non-conformities early, report them for corrective action, and support progress reporting and site documentation to keep projects on track.

Across my earlier experience as Site Agent and Foreman, I supervised residential and commercial works, including a six-storey building, and coordinated subcontractors to meet project timelines and standards. I also bring practical exposure from industrial training, including setting out, levelling, traversing, culvert and road rehabilitation supervision, and materials testing—supporting my ability to enforce quality and safety standards on site.
