Gordana Ivković

I’m an offensive security engineer, technical advisor, and founder of 404 Founders, focused on turning advanced threat intelligence into actionable risk mitigation. I combine offensive testing with board-level EU cyber compliance across NIS2, CRA, and the AI Act.

I operationally lead a core entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina while coordinating an EU-based R&D branch in Estonia. My work emphasizes AI security, SIGINT, and aerospace/satellite cybersecurity research, with a practical mindset for privacy-first outcomes.

Through 404 Founders, I lead security testing for web applications, APIs, infrastructure, authentication, access control, and business logic—covering deployment and misconfiguration risks. I also build privacy-first security tools, browser-based hands-on labs, and practical education, including 404 Founders Academy and an EU Compliance Toolkit for GDPR, NIS2, CRA, and AI Act readiness.

I’ve also built a strong foundation through independent vulnerability research and adversarial testing while delivering actionable threat intelligence as an Offensive Security Researcher. Earlier experience in regulatory compliance and risk management for complex cross-border supply chains keeps my approach grounded in turning strict requirements into real operational workflows.
