At EY GDS, I support Private Equity engagements by translating audit-team requirements into firm-approved deliverables and maintaining accurate, timely reporting for stakeholders and centres of excellence.
I research independence risks across complex private equity ownership structures, monitor SEC and other regulatory compliance, and conduct internal audits on mergers and acquisitions using Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg. I review submissions for completeness, quality, confidentiality, and compliance before client delivery.
Previously, I performed annual and quarterly independence procedures at EY GDS and managed client relationships at ICICI Securities. I've received stakeholder recognition, Spot Awards, and a Highest Performing Team award for timely, high-quality delivery.
