In my role as a Process associate - AR at Prochant-India (Chennai, India), I analyzed 100+ healthcare insurance claims weekly to identify patterns in denials, rejections, and payment delays. I investigated root causes of claim rejections and underpayments, improving turnaround time and reducing revenue leakage. I also managed and maintained large structured datasets in Excel, identified process bottlenecks in the revenue cycle, and generated regular performance reports while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve claim closure rates.

As a Data Business Analyst Intern (Project-Based Training) at Pumotechnovation (Guduvancheri, Chennai), I worked on real-world education case studies, applying data and business analysis techniques. I performed data cleaning, transformation, and EDA using Excel, SQL, and Python, then built interactive Power BI dashboards to track KPIs like student performance, attendance, and engagement. I’ve also demonstrated my analytical storytelling through a StudentPerformanceAnalyticsDashboard hackathon (runner-up position), and my research on an employee welfare scheme used structured analysis and clear presentation to support data-informed, compliant recommendations.
