I seek a role in corporate finance or M&A where I can apply valuation and due diligence skills, work collaboratively on transactions, and grow in deal execution responsibilities.

I am an M&A analyst with hands-on experience supporting deal execution, fundraising and due diligence across technology and innovation-driven industries. I combine rigorous financial analysis with practical deal support to drive smooth transaction outcomes.

At Arx Corporate Finance I assisted senior bankers in valuation, capital-structure analysis, pitch materials, and coordinated due diligence among private equity and corporate stakeholders. My internships at Deloitte and O2 strengthened my analytical toolkit and client-facing communication skills.

I studied International Business across Spain and France, completing courses taught partly in French and specializing in sales, strategy, entrepreneurship, accounting and finance. I also managed treasury and event budgets for a student association, demonstrating operational and financial responsibility.

I bring a problem-solving mindset, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads familiarity, and multilingual capabilities (Spanish native, English C2, French B2).
