What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote work in GMT-3 where I can lead and build cloud, backend, and systems architecture, improving performance, reliability, security, and operational clarity.

I've built backend, cloud, and systems platforms for Exodus, Amazon Ring, Movistar, and national ISP services over 25+ years. Most recently at Exodus, I standardized backend observability, unified services on one web framework, hardened dependencies, and restructured PostgreSQL-backed push notifications ahead of an AWS deprecation.

At Amazon Ring, I led the web teams through the ramp-up of ring.com's TypeScript, Next.js, and React microservices platform on ECS Fargate. I re-architected infrastructure from CloudFormation to CDK, delivered OAuth 2.0 PKCE-based UnifiedAuth, extended web session handling, fixed Node.js memory leaks, and improved Node.js performance 6x through TLS offloading and an RSA-to-ECC migration.

Earlier, I designed MiMovistar's Node.js backend and push-messaging platform serving approximately 2 million devices, and led e-commerce, hosting, ISP, and portal systems. My foundations are in Linux, C/C++, networking, load balancing, databases, and performance tuning.

I also build and contribute to open source, including agent-comm for AI coding-agent communication, C/C++ LLM inference tooling, a CLOB matching engine, and scalability and security improvements to Squid 3. I'm based in Argentina, work fluently in English, and prefer remote work in GMT-3.
