At VASS, I designed and built TELUS Health’s public Organisations and Users API, from inception to general availability, and delivered SCIM 2.0 provisioning with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta integrations. I also conceived and built a production AI assistant for customer-support agents, combining a Claude-based copilot with retrieval, MCP tools, and a React widget.
Across my work, I’ve built cloud-native systems and backend services for clients in fintech, e-commerce, and mobility, mostly with Python on AWS. I’ve also worked on observability with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, and Dynatrace, and on agentic engineering tools and workflows.
