What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead AEM/CMS architecture end-to-end, mentor teams, and drive scalable delivery—combining clean engineering (APIs, OSGi, Sling) with strong Agile release management and close stakeholder collaboration.

I’m an AEM Tech Lead with 19+ years of experience across Content Management Systems and 7 years specifically in AEM 6.5 and AEM as Cloud Service. I’ve designed and implemented end-to-end solutions that turn complex business needs into secure, extensible digital platforms.

I lead architectural discussions and solutioning, then build and maintain backend functionality using Java and Spring Boot. I implement REST API services, develop OSGi bundles with Apache Sling, and work deeply with JCR, CRX, WCM, Workflows, and DAM to deliver consistent, high-quality content experiences.

I’m strong in delivery governance as well: deploying AEM projects through Cloud Manager, supporting CI/CD using Git and Maven, and applying Agile methodologies for release management and project execution. I also bring AWS experience through deployment and custom scripting, ensuring smooth application development and deployment cycles.

Across my roles—from Senior Manager at Capgemini to CMS Architect and Tech Consultant for Singapore Airlines, and Team Lead at DBS Bank—I’ve mentored developers, owned code reviews and best practices, and partnered with stakeholders to prioritize features and user stories.
