Most recently, I served as a Waitress Captain at Jerry’s Seafood, delivering fast, courteous service while managing multiple tables and accurate orders. I also maintained cleanliness and organization in service areas and worked closely with my team to improve the customer experience.

Before that, I worked at McDonald’s as a Cashier/Crew Member, processing orders quickly and accurately using POS systems across front counter and drive-thru. I handled cash, credit, and mobile transactions carefully, stayed calm during busy periods, and supported smooth operations through stocking and workstation cleaning.

I also completed a Mortician Assistant role at Bell and Bell’s Funeral Home, where I supported service preparation and organization with professionalism. From administrative file transfers and building management to maintaining a clean facility and offering customer-facing empathy, I developed strong attention to detail and dependable, people-first support.
