I built an AI-based traffic congestion and incident detection system using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
I designed the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data preprocessing and feature engineering through training and evaluation. By comparing Logistic Regression and Random Forest models, I achieved 84.5% classification accuracy and 93% ROC-AUC, and created spatial risk heatmaps to support traffic monitoring.
I'm developing my AI and machine learning foundation through IIT Roorkee's Specialized Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with Drone Technology, with hands-on work in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, and predictive analytics.
