At Elanpro, I developed a production marketing website and admin CMS, then led the integration of an AI sales and service chatbot that shares product knowledge with the company’s existing voice bot. I also built a product-context retrieval and lead-capture pipeline that sends conversations to the CMS inquiry system.
On the Saksham event registration and payment platform, I developed registration, speaker application, Razorpay payment, and organizer admin features, including secure APIs with session-based authentication and payment-signature verification. I’ve also developed Repo Chat, a GraphRAG codebase explorer, and a workforce management platform with approval workflows, analytics, and audit logging.
