I'm looking for fully remote, distributed-team roles across EMEA where I can lead infrastructure development, pre-construction planning, commercial controls, and project readiness.

I've led pre-construction planning, owner cost control, and risk governance for complex EPCM infrastructure and industrial packages exceeding USD 100M at Kostenwert Consulting Limited.

I turn early-stage acquisitions into execution-ready assets through baseline cost plans, preliminary budgets, procurement frameworks, integrated schedules, and clear decision gates.

Previously at HARPS Holding Limited, I managed commercial alignment, consultant coordination, contract administration, permitting, and infrastructure readiness across heavy industrial and marine EPC packages.

My project experience includes a ZAR 20Bn marine and logistics terminal, a USD 100M mixed-use industrial and commercial development, and a ₦1Bn industrial manufacturing facility.
