I’m a business analytics professional with a strong foundation in economics and quantitative research, focused on transforming data into strategic business intelligence. I translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel, and rigorous statistical methods.

In my current Data Analyst role, I conduct competitive market analysis, define KPIs and success metrics, and build product analytics frameworks based on critical in-app user events. I partner with developers to ensure reliable tracking, validate analytics pipelines during beta testing, and use early user interaction data to identify engagement patterns and drop-off risks.

Previously as a Business Analyst, I analyzed telecommunications datasets in Power BI, built executive-ready churn and engagement dashboards, and delivered descriptive churn insights. I also developed multi-platform sentiment and social media engagement analytics dashboards, applying exploratory data analysis to produce data-grounded storytelling for strategic decision support.

I also freelanced as an academic researcher, writer, and data analyst—supporting students with econometric models, methodological choices, and high-quality research outputs using SPSS and E-views. Across projects, I’ve built databases and dashboards in Excel/SQL and delivered recommendations that optimize performance and resource allocation.
