I’m a results-driven CAD Designer with over 3 years of experience delivering detailed construction drawings and BIM models across infrastructure and building-related projects. I bring a strong foundation in building construction principles, spatial coordination, and technical drawing interpretation.

In my current role at Triad Architects (2025–Present), I produce high-quality CAD drawings and BIM models and coordinate layouts with architectural and structural plans. I also resolve design conflicts through collaboration and deliver accurate, construction-ready documentation—especially when timelines are tight.

Previously, at Horsebridge Network Systems (2023–2025), I created fiber optic OSP drawings (aerial & underground), designed conduit layouts and duct systems, and interpreted ROW, plats, and survey data. I produced construction and as-built drawings, translating complex inputs into clear deliverables.

Earlier, as an Intern at Horsebridge Network Systems (2021–2023), I supported drafting and layout planning by assisting engineers and interpreting technical drawings. I’m comfortable working with mechanical system concepts, energy efficiency principles, and ASHRAE guidelines, and I value communication, remote collaboration, and project management that keeps work moving.
