I've built AI automation systems for ClientBridge Consulting, including five Pipedrive-centered workflows for lead intake, scheduling, consultation analysis, and follow-up. I use LLMs, n8n, REST APIs, and webhooks to turn consultation conversations into structured CRM data and actionable follow-up activities.
My projects include a conversational restaurant system that handles calls, orders, reservations, complaints, and escalations through Voiceflow, Gemini, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack, and Telegram. I've also built a RAG agent that routes questions across document retrieval, web search, and direct LLM responses using LangChain, LangGraph, FAISS, Gemini, and Tavily.
I also bring data analysis experience from HNG Tech, where I cleaned and analyzed datasets with Python and SQL and built dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
