I'm building a career in data analytics through health care informatics and hands-on work with the Tennessee Department of Health. As an Informatics and Analytics Intern, I supported a Performance Management System, aligned metrics to the CDC's 10 Essential Public Health Services framework, and contributed to REDCap survey development.

I create clear data communication materials, including infographics, workflow diagrams, and key takeaway summaries that improve process understanding.

At MTSU's College of Graduate Studies, I've maintained application data in Banner and Slate, processed requests through Dynamic Forms, and supported degree audit inquiries in DegreeWorks. I also provided front-line support to more than 80 students and faculty while maintaining accurate records across systems.

After nearly 10 years in hospitality and customer service, I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and operational accuracy to analytics work. I'm comfortable working in English and Spanish and use Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and QuickBooks to support better business decisions.
