At the Department of Agrarian Reform Leyte Provincial Office – Legal Division, I drafted Investigation and Recommendation Reports for 30 petitions for disqualification of beneficiaries and cancellation of land titles, completing the work against a 60-docket quarterly target. I also prepared petitions for reconstitution and reissuance of land titles with in-house attorneys.
I managed case and matter files across more than 200 agrarian and judicial matters, and maintained legal calendars, hearing dates, and filing deadlines. I coordinated client intake across 25+ active matters and standardized intake workflows.
At Leyte Colleges, I taught Arts & Humanities and Ethics, and developed and curated a syllabus for Arts & Humanities intended for nine sections. I taught Ethics across 14 sections during the first semester.
In earlier roles at the Department of Agrarian Reform Leyte Provincial Office, I reviewed documents and parcelization records for e-title generation, drafted petitions, and led field validation teams. As a Paralegal at Atty. Eric T. De Veyra Law & Notarial Office, I conducted legal research and prepared case summaries and litigation files.
