At the Department of Agrarian Reform, I represent agrarian reform beneficiaries and their families in court and quasi-judicial proceedings involving land disputes.
I conduct conciliation, provide legal consultations, and draft legal documents and position papers. I also investigate property issues, land titles, and agrarian law implementation matters.
For PROJECT SPLIT, I review and maintain land titles, legal records, and case documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. I also process and monitor incoming and outgoing legal documents, field investigation reports, and Legal Assistant Supplement forms.
As a private lawyer, my litigation practice has included ejectment, recovery of possession and ownership of land, judicial partition, reissuance of lost title, and specific performance. Earlier, as a Legal Assistant at Legal and Consultancy Office, I supported records management and coordinated with government agencies and external legal counsel.
