What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a digital marketing role where I can use CRM, email automation, segmentation, SEO and campaign reporting to deliver measurable B2B or B2C growth while working closely with sales, design and operations teams.

I build CRM, email and content-led marketing campaigns that turn customer data into more relevant communications, stronger lead nurture and measurable growth.

At Knight Knox, I used Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement to segment audiences, create automated journeys and support property marketing campaigns through targeted promotions, launches and CRM communications.

At Grindsmith Coffee Roasters, I increased B2C e-commerce sales by 44% through SEO and email sign-ups, established the company’s Klaviyo email marketing system, and ran B2B and B2C campaigns across products, offers, events and wholesale growth.

I’ve also localised global B2B campaigns for Laerdal Medical’s UK NHS-focused audience using Salesforce and Eloqua, generating and qualifying leads alongside sales teams. I enjoy working across marketing, design, sales and operations to test, learn and improve campaign performance.
