Gledis Kallco
@glediskallco
I’m an AI Senior Engineer who turns research into deployable, high-performing machine learning systems.
What I'm looking for
I’m an AI Senior Engineer focused on pushing model performance with domain-specific post-training, reasoning optimization, and evaluation design. In my current role, I improved a frontier GenAI model on Olympiad-style math problems and created original Hard IMO-level math problems to expand training and post-training data.
I’ve also led end-to-end ML research and development for ECG arrhythmia detection, designing and deploying the full ML lifecycle app (data labeling, training, evaluation, and maintenance) while achieving “>97 percent sensitivity and specificity.” Earlier, I engineered YOLO type models for Maersk container load percentage and worker counts, and I’ve built web tooling for performance analysis and code review workflows through research and collaboration with MIT teams.
