Giuseppe Laudante
@giuseppelaudante
Architect and project manager focused on design management, technical coordination, and parametric BIM workflows.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Architect Project Manager who leads projects from early concept through detailed design, with a strong focus on strategic design delivery and technical alignment. I act as the bridge between clients, consultants, and contractors to keep work seamless across stakeholders.
Across my project experience (including “San Francisco House of Music”), I manage all phases—Concept and Schematic Design through to Detail Design—while coordinating Architecture, Structures, MEP, Facades, and Utilities across multiple scales. I also support technical coordination through cross-disciplinary integration to protect design integrity throughout development.
I bring hands-on design and visualization skills to my workflow, combining parametric thinking with BIM and modeling tools. I use Rhinoceros + Grasshopper for parametric computation, and I prepare presentations with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD/Archicad outputs, and media tools to communicate decisions clearly.
I’ve also contributed to academia as a teaching assistant and have earned recognition through international architecture competitions, including first-prize wins such as “Francisco House of Music” and “Kindergarten rehabilitation in Bolivia.” I’m energized by collaborative teams that value clarity, craft, and strong technical execution.
