Gitika Jha

I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in computer science and machine learning. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, I possess a solid foundation in programming languages, libraries, and frameworks. My experience as a Machine Learning Research Intern at Image & Video Computing Lab and as a Software Engineer & Data Analyst at Indian Society for Technical Education has equipped me with the skills to drive research, improve model accuracy, and manage teams.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a passion for empowering individuals, particularly women, in the field of AI. As the chief coordinator for AI4ALL, I conceptualized and conducted AI workshops to empower high school women. I am committed to using my skills to make a positive impact in the world.

In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent leadership and teamwork skills, having led teams and organized events in various capacities. I am confident in my ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and to adapt to new challenges.
