At Pocos, I delivered a salon and wellness SaaS MVP across voice AI, web, mobile, backend, and product architecture. I built a telephone AI call center with OpenAI Realtime and SIP telephony, and released an Expo/React Native app on the App Store and Google Play.

I also implemented voice-agent tools for appointment management, with server-side safeguards grounded in caller identity and verified results. I added call tracing and deterministic evaluation, and built tenant-aware RAG with persistent conversation state and human approval for write actions.

At Alpheya, I own advisor-dashboard workflows and migrated frontend integrations from GraphQL to ConnectRPC. Previously, I worked directly with Proxied’s founders to ship product interfaces and led three developers; at Redberry, I delivered SaaS products and helped transition Skippit to SaaS.
