At Qybernet, I designed and built Kalistrate, a Georgian-language voice assistant for the Unitree G1 EDU+ humanoid robot, which natively supported only Chinese and English. I built its speech pipeline with custom Georgian wake-word detection, real-time dialogue through the Gemini Live API, and audio output through the robot’s speaker.
I also set up an NVIDIA Isaac Lab simulation environment to test G1 motion policies before running them on hardware. I’m developing a long-range drone detection system for multirotor and fixed-wing UAVs, and built its training dataset from scratch.
At The University of Georgia, I teach Machine Learning and Computer Vision, including object detection and model evaluation, and teach Python for Cybersecurity and React Native development. I’m a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science, with research and teaching grounded in machine learning and computer vision.
