At Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, I work as a Computer Instructor / Programmer and support web-based applications. I collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and work with healthcare professionals on Electronic Medical Record workflows and access controls.
I developed EMR automations with Selenium IDE and Microsoft Power Automate for account creation, access-right assignments, and daily patient registration updates. I also provided technical support and troubleshooting for the EMR system.
For visitcamsur.com, the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur’s tourism website, I developed frontend interfaces and implemented design revisions. I also translated Figma designs into responsive pages and features for the Visit CamSur Web Booking System.
My senior thesis project, Goldy, applied Natural Language Processing to primary education. I developed a chatbot web application using Flask and conducted an experiment with Grade 4 students with the help of Ateneo de Naga University Grade School.
