What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in remote property management operations, particularly back-office support for UK-based letting agencies, where I can improve administrative workflows, records, payroll, and CRM processes.

At Get Managed Today, I support UK property lettings and management operations remotely, handling Council Tax, utilities correspondence, inspections, invoices, and payroll.

I manage payroll, attendance, and loan tracking for a 17-member team through structured Excel systems and dashboards. I also review contractor and engineer invoices, flagging calculation discrepancies before payment approval.

I coordinate property inspections by scheduling visits, liaising with inspection officers, and turning documentation, photos, and videos into structured PDF reports. I resolve Council Tax and utility billing and liability discrepancies with UK councils on behalf of managed properties.

I’ve built Monday.com and ClickUp automations that replace manual reporting across teams, while maintaining English and Urdu documentation for staff. Alongside full-time remote work, I’m completing a BS in Computer Science.
