In my recent role as an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer at Lalitpur PortPro Pvt. Ltd., I created numerous test plans and test cases for effective coverage across Web, API, and Mobile Applications. I collaborated closely with the Scrum team to deploy in development and staging environments, execute smoke tests, and troubleshoot issues through debugging. My experience includes conducting API testing using Postman, running load testing with JMeter, and verifying Salesforce and QuickBooks API integration in TMS.

Previously, as a QA Engineer at Featherwebs Pvt. Ltd., I prepared test plans and executed them for multiple web and mobile applications. I focused on finding and reporting bugs using Jira and performed smoke and regression testing before releasing new features. My educational background in Computer Science and Information Technology has further solidified my foundation in this field.
