At GLI UK, I carried out regulatory compliance and functional testing for gambling games, platforms and sportsbooks. I co-designed a tool that reduced a recurring task’s completion time from one week to a day and a half, and it’s still used today.
At White Hat Gaming, I checked games against jurisdictional requirements and designed compliance checklists and processes on my first day. The team was still using them when I left.
At Greco (Part Of FastTrack), I examined casino and slot games for potential exploits and bonus engine abuse. I created a consistent risk-scoring system and streamlined documentation to improve detection and review workflows.
I currently provide Welsh and English telephone support for the Welsh Government’s NEST energy efficiency scheme. I help customers with applications and eligibility checks, and achieved 98% customer satisfaction.
