Arrange and facilitate Stakeholder meetings, workshops with consulting testing companies. Creating documents for potential follow-up projects. Finalizing the strategy document to the end of the project. Strategy has been accepted, the companywide implementation and transformation is ongoing. Also five new follow-up projects have been started.
