I coordinate end-to-end projects from client brief to final delivery and installation, serving as the key point of contact for inquiries via phone and email. I keep timelines on track, resolve issues to avoid delays, and align engineering, production, and logistics with project needs.

In my product specialist role at PT Eka Daya Global Energy (EDGE) in Jakarta, I develop technical specification guides, advise on product selection and solution design, and oversee proposal reviews and layouts. I also support sales with product recommendations, pricing structures, discount schemes, and commercial solutions, while building structured pricing databases including margin calculations, distributor tiers, and landed costs.

Earlier, as a lighting designer, I carried projects from original conception through final phase—preparing presentations, lighting layouts and 3D renderings, running mock-ups, issuing field reports, and supervising final aiming and lighting controls programming.
