I’m seeking senior finance leadership roles—particularly CFO, Group CFO, Head of Corporate Finance, Finance & Strategy, or transformation-oriented roles—where finance acts as a strategic business partner and drives shareholder value.

At Kaushalya Logistics Ltd, I lead finance, commercial and strategic initiatives, including investor-grade reporting, IPO readiness and Board and Audit Committee engagement. My work has contributed to a 1% EBITDA improvement, and I have raised working capital through consortium banking relationships.

At Splendid Group / Splendid Commodity Trading FZE, I led P&L, international trade, logistics and business transformation. I prepared three years of VDR materials for a strategic acquirer, and the transaction closed; tax litigation and assessment interventions saved ₹25 Cr in potential liability.
